Q. Who is responsible for all the compliments I get when wearing your shirt or after installing your products?

A. Well, this is obvious. We are. But you may accept them on our behalf.

Q. Are your products made in the U.S.A.?

A. Our accessories are made in the U.S.A. Our t-shirts are screen printed in the U.S.A., but the t-shirts themselves made elsewhere.

Q. I live outside the U.S.A. Can I still buy your products or request a Kustom piece?

A. Yes indeed! Some of Suedzville's most loyal customers are outside the United States. Though we take pride in our products being made in the U.S.A., the kustom kulture knows no boundaries or borders. Nor do we.

Q. What is the difference between your production line and your kustom pieces?

A. Suedzville's production line is mass produced in various quantities. Our Kustom pieces are typically one of a kind. If we get enough requests for a kustom piece, it is at our discretion to add it to our production line. However, we do offer a buyout price for kustom pieces to ensure that only one is produced.

Apparel Questions

Q. How should I care for the shirts?

A. When washing the shirt, turn it inside out and wash in cold water. The graphic and the shirt may feel a little stiff at first, but the shirt will soften after the first wash.

Payment Questions

Q. Why do you use PayPal?

A. We are a small business. Paypal is an affordable and secure way to accept credit card purchases. It allows our customers to make purchases online, while allowing us to keep an eye on the bottom line.

Q. Do I need to have a PayPal account to buy your products or pay for my Kustom piece?

A. No. Just look for the link that asks if you would like to continue without a PayPal account.

Kustom Questions

Q. When do I pay for my commission?

A. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is paid once the artwork has been approved.

Q. What is the turnaround time on Kustom products?

A. Each Kustom request is unique. Therefore, so is the turnaround time. Our schedule and the complexity of the Kustom request are the two biggest factors. Contact us about the details on your Kustom needs. We can discuss all the factors involved.

Q. Can I use a credit card or a debit cart to pay for my commission?

A. Absolutely. Through PayPal, we are able to accept most major credit cards.
