Return Policy

Before you return any merchandise...

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase in order to arrange a refund, exchange, or credit to your account. Refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued on a case-by-case basis. If you are returning merchandise to Suedzville the following conditions must be met:

 

  1. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product.

  2. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning any merchandise.
  3. Original merchandise MUST be returned undamaged, in the original sale condition and in the original packing. Damaged, lost or stolen Suedzville products will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. No merchandise will be accepted for return unless it has been authorized by Suedzville in advance.
  5. Shipping charges and any other fees are nonrefundable.
  6. If any of the above listed conditions are not met by the customer, the refund policy and any verbal agreements concerning the refund policy made between the customer and Suedzville become VOID.
  7. All refund requests are subject to investigation by Suedzville.
  8. In the event that a product arrives damaged through shipping, you must report the damage to Suedzville within 24 hours of receipt of the product to arrange an exchange.
